To enjoy all services provided by Melixia, registration is required. Registration allows users to track their orders, view processing times, and resolve any potential issues efficiently.

There are no age restrictions for using the website, and the person registering is responsible for all purchases made
Order Placement, Payment, and Editing
No minimum order amount is required.
Payments are only accepted through secure, official banking gateways.
Orders can only be edited if they haven’t been shipped yet. If the order has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for returning the incorrect order at their own expense.

If a product is out of stock, our support team will contact the customer to offer a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within Armenia is free.
Shipping to other countries is available, but the cost is borne by the buyer.
Delivery time ranges from 4 to 10 working days.
If the customer is not available during delivery, the package will be returned to the local post office, and the customer must retrieve it.
All shipments are handled by Haypost, and tracking information is available online.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic and hygiene products, returns are only accepted if the product is sealed and unused.
Conditions for returns:
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused.
If the product was sent incorrectly or does not match the order, the return shipping cost will be covered by the store.
In other cases, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Products purchased during promotions or at a discount are non-returnable.
Refunds will be processed within 24 to 72 hours and will be made either to the customer’s bank account or credited to the customer’s account on the site.
